ARCO & ALTO GARDA Our family-run B&B is located in Arco, a lovely village surrounded by palm/olive trees and vineyards, very close to the Cathedral and to the well-known rock climbing walls. The B&B “Arco in Centro”, launched in Easter 2017, is situated on the first floor of a detached house. It has a garden, a terrace with castle view, where you can enjoy your breakfast, and three well-appointed bedrooms: a bedroom with a bathroom for private use and two bedrooms which share a bathroom. It is surrounded by many public parks, especially the historical Arboreto (a botanical park belonging in the past to the Archduke Alberto of Austria, promoter of the tourist development of the village, who established it in 1873) and you can enjoy its position close to many other gardens of the old town centre. The beaches of the lake are only 5 km from us and you can reach them by bike, thanks to the many bike lanes that create relaxing and interesting cycle itineraries. Arco is not only the “sport capital” of freeclimbing (as well as trekking, Nordic walking, biking, etc.) It offers also many other different sporting amenities, including a Climbing Stadium and an Olympic-size pool among others. Many of the shops in the area follow the new sports trends, and there are restaurants and cafes (not to be missed, a visit to the Caffè Casino) to satisfy every taste. The valley called “Busa” is rich in natural beauty appreciated by sports lovers and by those who simply want to enjoy the unforgettable landscapes. Do not miss a visit to Arco and its surrounding area and the opportunity to taste its local products. B&B “Arco in Centro” The recently renovated “Arco in Centro” is a family-run Bed and Breakfast. The property includes a garden with two parking spaces (additional cars could be parked in the neighborhood), storage for bikes/windsurf equipment, and parking space for motorcycles in the garage (subject to availability; otherwise, there is a covered space in the garden). You can enjoy your breakfast in the dining room, on the terrace with a castle view, or in the garden. A cleaning area for bikes is at our guests’ disposal. THE ROOMS The bedrooms are named after Italian mountain ranges and the largest lake in Italy. The building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The “Colodri” room has two windows, a bathroom for private use, and can accommodate up to 4 people (a double bed (mattress size 160x200 cm) plus a sofa-bed (160x190cm) ). A parking space in the garden is included in the price. The “Monte Baldo” room has a big window and use of a shared bathroom (with the “Benaco” room). It can accommodate up to 2 people (a double bed with Dorelan mattress king size 195x200 cm). A parking space in the garden is included in the price. The “Benaco” room has a big window and use of the shared bathroom (with the “Monte Baldo” room). It can accommodate up to 2 people. BREAKFAST Sweet: juice/hot drink, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, croissants, fruit, yogurt, cereals Salty: juice/hot drink, bread, butter, sauces, boiled eggs, cold cuts and cheese FACILITIES The parking place is included in the price of the rooms Colodri and Monte Baldo. The car for Benaco room has to be parked in the neighbourhod. In the price are included: Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, hair-dryer, electric torch, tea/coffee/infusion and the use of the fridge in the breakfast room. Bed linen will be changed at the guest’s departure; an early change, on request, will be charged € 4,00 per person. Bath linen will be changed for free (on request) every 3 days (a large size towel, a medium and a small one per person). Any extra change will be charged € 3,00 per person. Laundry service € 8,00 for each cycle and dry cleaning € 7,00 for each cycle. We do not provide ironing service but our guests have at their disposal an ironing board with iron (free of charge). Smoking is forbidden within all premises of the B&B. Bikes and windsurf equipment are not admitted to the rooms but into the garage. The motorcycles are admitted to the garage subject to availability, otherwise to a covered space in the garden. All rooms are no smoking room. Animals are not allowed because of an allergy of a relative.
