Malga Millegrobbe is a picturesque alpine oasis perched on the pasture slopes of the Alpi di Folgaria in Lavarone, Trentino, at 1,400 m altitude. This historic mountain lodge has been transformed into a gastronomic, wellness and hospitality destination that celebrates the authentic flavours of Trentino. Guests can savour a menu built around locally sourced cheeses, wild game, olive oil and honey, all served in a warm, rustic ambience that feels like home. The lodge also offers spa & wellness treatments, a sauna, Turkish bath and regular ‘aufguss’ rituals in its well‑equipped centre – Millegocce – ensuring a complete relaxation experience. For those wanting a longer stay, the Nordic Resort provides five cosy rooms with alpine décor, free access to the wellness centre, and special packages that combine accommodation, candle‑lit dinners and wellness activities. During its operating season – from early December to mid‑March and mid‑June to mid‑September – Malga Millegrobbe welcomes guests daily, and also opens on weekends outside those periods.
