Also our restaurant in Trento is called “Everest”, which is not surprising as it is located in the same building as our hotel. However, it is not only open to our hotel guests, but to anyone who wants to be spoiled with culinary delights. At noon our restaurant is open from 12.00am to 2.30pm, in the evening from 7.00 pm until 9.30 pm, while the pizzeria is open until 10.30 pm. Our restaurant has a seating capacity of 250 guests, the cuisine is based on local dishes of Trentino, Italian cuisine and, last but not least, delicious pizzas. The emphasis is above all on fresh, high-quality ingredients, which are processed by our kitchen chefs with great skill and care. The result is an experience for the palate.
