In Mezzolombardo, the heart of Piana Rotaliana in Trentino, the Dolzan family have been owning vineyards and produced wine and grappa since the 19th century when the great grandfather Romedio started the activity. Every generation has worked with enthusiasm and dedication passing down from father to son the secrets and passion for the art of distillation reaching with great pride the 6th generation of grappa distillers. Luigi Dolzan with his wife Clara and their sons Michele and Mauro are the passionate heirs of the traditions and teachings of the past generations bringing entrepreneurial modernity and momentum to the family business. We love to dedicate the best attention to our guests wanting to discover the wonderful world of grappa Villa de Varda.We have developed a variety of experiences to give you the opportunity to visit us and to discover the potstill room, the intriguing scents of our aging room and the history of our family, grappa distillers in Trentino for 6 generations.
