About

For 3 generations we have been raising cattle and producing cheeses, caciottas, ricotta and mozzarella with raw milk. The milk dispenser is open 24h / 24. We breed our animals with care and passion by feeding them naturally. We have not used any antibiotics for 7 years. In addition to cheeses we also produce cold cuts (salami and sopressa) and sausages.
