The Osteria Borgoluce is a charming hillside restaurant located in the historic village of Collalto, near Susegana (TV) in the Veneto region. The building, an old farmhouse that has been lovingly restored, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately captures visitors' attention. From the extensive terrace, guests can admire a sweeping view of the surrounding vineyards and the medieval castle of Collalto – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – creating an idyllic backdrop for meals. Inside, the décor blends rustic elegance with contemporary comfort, and in winter the crackling fireplace in one of the three spacious halls provides a cozy ambiance. The menu, crafted by chef Giuliano Zanatta, reinterprets traditional Italian cuisine with a focus on fresh, local ingredients, and a thoughtfully curated wine list features regional labels from the Borgoluce estate as well as selective selections from other celebrated Italian terroirs. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 19:00 to 22:30, Wednesday through Sunday, while it remains closed on Monday and Tuesday. Reservations are encouraged to secure a table, especially during peak dining times, but walk‑in guests can also be accommodated if space permits.
