Lido Maré, whose name evokes the love for the sea, is located about 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, between two of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Salento: Torre Pali and Marina di Pescoluse, which got from 2004 to 2007 and in 2010 the prestigious recognition of the "4 sails" of the Blue Guide of Legambiente and the "Blue Flag" of the FEE from 2009 to 2022. The beach in front of the lido is characterized by a very fine sand, crystal clear water, white dunes and fantastic sunsets that makemagical the atmosphere of this masterpiece of nature. The sea is dazzling green, due to the color of the sand in the shallow water. Guests of Lido Marè can rent very comfortable sunbeds, comfortable deck chairs and enjoy the peace and tranquility thanks to the distance between the umbrellas. The kiosk-bar, located beyond the dunes, offers its guests the possibility of using a pleasant refreshment area where they can relax, taste excellent products, typical of Salento cuisine and sip delicious cocktails caressed by the sea breeze. Furthermore, those who wish can take advantage of the showers outside the kiosk or the toilets of the structure, which are also accessible to disabled users. HOW TO REACH LIDO MARE' By car To get to Lido Maré by car from Lecce just follow the signs for Gallipoli-Santa Maria di Leuca: then take the SS101 towards Gallipoli and then continue on the S.S. 274 southern Salento in the direction of Lido Marini, provincial road 193. Once in Lido Marini continue on the coast road S.P. 91 where you will find the indication of the Lido Maré entrance. By bus To reach Lido Maré by bus from Lecce you need to take the Salento in Bus line 108, which arrives in Santa Maria di Leuca and get off at the Torre Pali stop. On the train To get to Lido Maré by train from Lecce, you will need to stop a few kilometres away since there are no direct trains to this location. The best solution is therefore to arrive by train to Lecce railway station and then get on the bus (See Salento in Bus) which, after a few intermediate stops, will reach Torre Pali. You could also take the direct railway line to "Salve-Ruggiano" which, however, is still a few kilometres from the destination. By plane If, on the other hand, you want to opt for a trip by plane, you need to take a flight to Brindisi Salento Airport (BDS) and, once you land, you will have to go to Lecce using the airport shuttle service or moving independently by train; once you reach Lecce, you will need to take the bus number 108 to get to Torre Pali.
