The structure is located on the Gallipoli - Santa Maria di Leuca coast road, on the stretch that connects the Torre Pali and Lido Marini marinas. The Residence includes 20 identical, side-by-side, fully furnished housing units, with a total surface area of ​​approximately 50 square meters divided into: - 1 bedroom with TV and climate control, which can accommodate from two to four people, the latter using the bed double associated with one or two single beds; - 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer; - nº 1 fully equipped kitchenette, also with microwave, refrigerator and table with chairs; - nº 1 veranda equipped with white wave curtains, clothes horse, table and chairs thanks to which you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in front of an enchanting panoramic view of the coast. The structure is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets, you have bed linen and towels with change, parking space, outdoor showers (free), free bicycle rental, barbecue, coin-operated laundry service and large private open spaces, car rental and transfer service to and from airports and railway stations. The structure does not deny hospitality to dogs, cats or other pets (to be reported at the time of booking). We are a family-run establishment and for any need or request that may arise during your stay, we are always present on site and therefore available in order to create the best conditions for a pleasant and unforgettable Salento holiday. The Residence enjoys a paradisiacal calm and tranquility that cannot be captured or reproduced in the photos, but can only be perceived by experiencing them on site.
