The B&B and restaurant “Villa Martina” is born from the seventeenth-century water mill of Zaccagna; after being turned into a power station in 1899 it brought for the first time ever the public electric lighting to the settlement of Fermignano. The B&B Villa Martina has been restructured recently and it offers to its clients two bedrooms with indipendet bathroom annexed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and thanks to the restaurant attached, it is also possible to offer lunch and dinner at budget prices. Well linked with the nearby turistic sites through the means of public transport, Villa Martina is perfect also for those who are not provided with own means of transport. The family management boasts a twenty-year experience in the catering field and keeps at disposition of the clients to satisfy them with a professional, accurate and cordial service and a natural cuisine bound to the tradition of the Marches, offering seasonal dishes.
