Civicosei was born from the desire to innovate and renew the gastronomical offer in the stunning Lombard shore of Lago Maggiore. The Restaurant is based on four pivotal and essential pillars: Territory: the bulk of the raw materials is found locally, to create dishes whose elements represent Luinese Valleys; Seasonality: Civicosei’s Chefs literally chase seasons, to give birth to dishes with authentic flavors and colors, that are fully in line with the time of the year; Circularity: safeguarding the environment is the key for the Brigate, who is always committed to using resources as a whole: peels, seeds, roots, and leaves are frequently costars of the dishes; Handcraft: pasta, pane, grissini and desserts are all hand-made by our Chefs, who have decided to keep in their proposal only fresh pasta.
