The kitchen is fully followed by Riccardo Bassetti, a kitchen for gourmand that awakens the senses and sinks in the best modern techniques. Our menu is based on the choice of three tasting menus or the ability to choose any dish individually. A guideline created according to the needs of everyone in the room followed by the skill of the maitre sommelier Elisabetta Ballerini. It is a sensory journey to discover new horizons in their palate or simply to enjoy the magical moments in our room at the level of the lake with large windows. In summer you can enjoy the best of the restaurant, enjoying the terrace on stilts on the lake, according the good food at the sound of the waves under your feet.
