Chef Andrea Capra returns to Italy after 15 years in London as the Executive Chef of a renowned and exclusive restaurant in Kensington. So he decided to opens his own restaurant in his hometown: Verbania (precisely in Pallanza) on the shores of the Lake Maggiore. Locanda '81 was born from the passion for good Italian cuisine and the desire to give a unique experience to its guests.
