The Bagnod family begins its journey through the flavours and excellent food and wine from the slopes of Monte Rosa. Starting from Val d'Ayas (AO), where the highest cheese factory and cave of Europe are located, at "Tchavana di Metzan" 2200 mt. above sea level, and following the waterways, we can reach Carema, where the historic vinification of Nebbiolo grapes takes place. Another important stop is worth in Piverone (TO), where the Bagnod farm develops many of its productions; then, in Cella Grande, on Lake Viverone (BI), where a Benedictine Monastery of the XII century, set among the Erbaluce vineyards, is the setting for our hospitality services. Today, we are in Arona on a steamboat lulled by the waves of Lake Maggiore for more than a century, an elegant and exclusive location where we can propose the products of the Bagnod farm (marked by the Star) and the wines of Cella Grande.
