The Residence has 19 individual private flats. Ideal for vacation, leisure and business trips. The accommodation is per week or months. Included in the rent is a cleaning of the flat with a change of linen for the beds and bath towels, all done every 7 days. A fully equipped kitchen is in every flat for cooking and a private bathroom. Some flats have a balcony and others have a terrace with a view. Just next door to the Residence is a big Sports Center/Water Park with a Bar-Restaurant-Pizzeria. The guests from the Residence have a good deal for entrance fees in the gym or swimming pool, if they wish to work out; €20 per week €60 per month! There is also a Spa just below the Residence.(Not included in the rent though, different owner).
