The apartment is located in a sunny and quiet area, close to the city center and the lake, which are also easily accessible on foot .It has spacious rooms to experience your vacation in total freedom even for large families or groups of friends/colleagues. The house overlooks a garden and private road and has independent access. It consists of : - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker and everything you need for the first necessities upon arrival; living room with sofa and dining area, with large table - A double bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double and a bedroom with 3 single beds( or 1 double and 1 single).We also offer a crib and a cot with bars, two high chairs and toys for all ages. The rooms have desks. The two bathrooms are new and complete with showers and windows. The outdoor space is equipped with garden furniture that provides comfortable relaxation, and the small balcony is furnished for breakfast. These features make the apartment particularly suitable and responsive to the needs of large families or couples of friends who wish to spend their vacations together sharing space without sacrificing their privacy and comfort. Bicycles for adults and children (4-9 years old) and parking in front of the house (or in the courtyard) available free of charge. Heating, if necessary, is paid locally according to consumption and at market price (programmable autonomous system) Special attention is given to cleanliness and disinfection of the rooms and furnishings.
