About

Birra Monte Baldo is the craft brewery founded in Caprino Veronese in 2017 by owner and brewer Mattia Maimeri. In July 2022 the taproom with BBQ specialities is also opened. The menù is original American BBQ (brisket, ribs, pulled pork), vegetarian and vegan burgers, fries and desserts all paired with craft beers always fresh on tap.
