We fell in love with pizza for its ability to make everybody feel home. When she’s present, atmosphere turns familiar and motion becomes spontaneous. Gemma was born to welcome people around a table, rediscover and celebrate the magic of staying together. Our dough is made using sourdough and a blend of organic flour (whole wheat too). Ingredients are carefully picked, certainly all Italian. In every bite there is a lot of research and study together with an obsessive passion.
