La Soffritta is a place entirely dedicated to the culinary art that aims to put together good food with the sociality of the table. A wonderful open space located in the historical center of Verona, very close to Castelvecchio, where our specialized chefs will prepare every day with you a variety of traditional recipes from Verona and Italy.
