In this restaurant, characterized by an over 40-year family-run management, you can start tasting three kinds of starter (trout marinade in the lemon, pike in vegetables sauce and tench in sweet-and-sour sauce) or the trout in Garda-style, stewed and spiced with Garda Olive Oil, anchovies and lemon. You can go on with the classic risotto with tench or bigoli-pasta with sardines. It is possible to continue tasting a good variety of fried lake fish: lavaret, sardines, trout, perch and tench (all filleted, softly marinated in wine and then passed in batter in order to be fried); this dish is available or not according to the season. In alternative: grilled lavaret, trout or sardines. Who doesn't love fish will be able to taste a good home-made pizza cooked with wood oven, or cold platters, pasta and meat of the best quality. It has to be said that the starters are always rather abundant and so you rarely arrive to the main course. There aren’t many seats: about thirty inside and the same outside (it is better to take advantage of the beautiful season and have dinner in plain-air: you will enjoy of the air and the unforgettable sunsets, offered by this glimpse of lake. Directing your gaze to the horizon, if the day is clear, you can admire the stunning view, which goes from Sirmione to the mountains of Brescia and Trentino.
