For a naturally good ice cream, respect for raw materials is fundamental for us. This is why we have chosen not to use any type of semi-finished product from the food industry. Our ice creams are therefore natural because we only use refined and selected raw materials, no hydrogenated fat and not even flavorings, dyes or chemical emulsifiers.
