From Latin Arquadis, name of the locality during the Roman times (47 d.c.) along the Imperial Claudia Augusta road. At the time Mansio, now a national monument Venetian villa. What sets us apart is our philosophy, "a simple luxury", with discrete, elegant and attentive service, to help you relax, enjoy the dishes and combinations, to make you live an experience beyond the time. Since 1993 the restaurant has had several famous chefs: Raffaele Liuzzi, Fulvio De Santa, Giuseppe Sestito, Bruno Barbieri. Now it is the time of Alessandro Rocchio, very promising and talented youth, with great ability to create balance of flavors and emphasis on colours in the presentation of the dishes. The atmosphere is magical both in the halls of the Venetian villa and in the glasshouse among tropical plants and flowers. The garden between scents and spectacular microclimate will be a perfect setting in the beautiful summer evenings. The gazebo is the outdoor restaurant by the pool, for the afternoon lunch in the cool shade of a pergola. Dishes.
