About
Vigneto dei Salumi represents the origins of my family, and the history of Valpolicella. Founded in 1960 by my father Elio Ceradini, the company opens the artisan workshop in Arbizzano di Negrar (Verona). In 2004 we began to combine the wisdom of Valpolicella wines with the artisan processing of Italian meats. Walter Ceradini, that of the Vinappeso.
