The residence is spread over two levels (ground floor and first floor), and offers 10 new and spacious apartments, all with covered verandas. Several types are available, all equipped with air-conditioners (also in the living room), and new and functional furnishings. Besides the pool with sunbathing area, the residence offers it's own enclosed and shaded car parking lot, reception, children's playground and garden/barbecue area. The apartments are independent, each has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, safe , air conditioning in all rooms, telephone in room, Internet WiFi, color TV, and it's own covered veranda with table, chairs and clothes drying line. Pets are not allowed.
