Ca Rovere is a family-run winery located on the Berici Hills, just off Vicenza and Verona. For 20 years we have been making Traditional Method sparkling wine from Chardonnay and Garganega (our indigenous grape variety) grown on a 30 hectars estate with a calcareous terroir of marine origin.
