Osteria Scaldaferro serves traditional Vicentine cuisine revisited and processed by our chefs, always seeking new combinations that evoke the ancient flavours of the gastronomic tradition of our territory. The first dishes are the flagship and pride of the Osteria Scaldaferro: employing exclusively handmade pasta, at our establishment you can enjoy seasonal risotto, bigoli with duck sauce, boiled meat, ravioli, gnocchi, and much more. If the first dishes are considered the flagship, what about the second? You can enjoy all the best cross country game cooked by following the step by step recipes jealously guarded and handed down from generation to generation, like the famous sweet and sour Rabbit and fabulous salt cod in Vicenza style. There are certainly more seconds classics, including grilled meat, the cockerel and the pork on the spit, chops and cut of beef. A nod also deserve the excellent homemade desserts such as the caliper Vicentina, Apple tarts and the torta della nonna (local cake with cream). And for those who love good wine, the winery run by Yari is pleased to offer you the best local labels: apéritif propose the cellar With Dovigo Perlena and Col Vetoraz prosecco; for the main courses we recommend the Bold and Soave Montecrocetta cellar, Muller Thurgau the cantina Tramin and Lugana DOC; for red wines offer a classic Cabernet cellar Maculan, the Brentino, the Palazzotto, Sauvignon and the pride the two Saints of Zonta of Bassano del Grappa. The Inn has spacious rooms from 30, 50, 70, 90, 180 and 400 people able to accommodate any types of event, from business meeting to the ceremonies. Organize dreamy weddings. The hotel, recently renovated, offers two types of rooms: "Sky rooms", located on the attic floor, with décor that recalls the vivid blue of the sky above the Dolomites and the "Earth Rooms", the lower floors with direct access to the large garden behind the hotel.
