After thirty years experience in quality organic food we are proud to open Silene Bottega & Cucina, a vegetarian restaurant and large shop for organic products with a unique atmosphere, colourful environment, young and friendly, and inspired by natural materials. Our cuisine - vegetarian, vegan and above all 100% Organic - originated from a desire to offer simplicity, goodness and fresh ingredients for lunches in the old city centre. The excellent quality of the ingredients allows us to offer breakfast, snacks and tasty dishes, mouth-watering and healthy! A culinary proposal particularly attentive to the needs of a good nutrition for all. We favour local producers to keep our carbon footprint down, including several community cooperatives working in the region, who supply our kitchen pantry and the shelves of our shops on a daily basis: we like to know that the fruit and vegetables that we bring to your table come directly from the vitality of the soil.
