La Valle di Vico is a family-run farm who has been producing hazelnuts ad chestnuts for 4 generations. The hazelnut is the one known as Nocciola Romana that has been awarded the PDO label. The holiday farm was born from 3 old cottages no longer suitable for processing and storage the fruits. Located inside the Natural Reserve Lago di Vico the farm has a strategic position at only 55kms from Roma and 18 kms from Viterbo. It is the ideal starting point for exploring numerous artistic sites in the Tuscia area but it also is a relaxing oasis in the greenery. It consists in comfortable accommodation surrounded by more than 10.00mq of garden equipped with swimming-pool and gazebo with a lovely view of the lake, children play ground, bowl and football pitches. Thanks to the lake, one of the most beautiful of central Italy, you can also practice water sports like kayak and sail but also other out door activities like trekking and biking in the wood!
