The "Borgo Antico resort" Restaurant rises inside the magical Borgo di Bassano in Teverina, completely built in stone set on ancient caves. The gastronomic proposal is distinguished by the accurate research and selection of raw materials at Km 0, the use of products coming directly from neighboring vegetable gardens and from wild breeding farms. In addition to extolling the first fruits of the Tuscia on which the restaurant is born, the kitchen offers its customers dishes of the whole Italian regional tradition, meticulously searching for the ancient flavors of the past by proposing recipes of the cuisine, even poor but refined, where the fresh product is exalted which nature gives us every day. Particular attention should be paid to the wine list, which offers over 40 references from north to south Italy, divided into red and white wines, dessert wines and sparkling wines.
