Farmhouse from 15 August 1996. We breed: - beef cattle, grazing 9 months a year. - meat pigs, for the production of cured meats. - hens from eggs. We produce artisan products such as: seasoned salami, cacciatorini, coppa, pancetta, bresaola, head in box, cooked salami, cotechino. And also the classic sausages from the grill: sausage and salami. We produce Piedmontese stewed agnolotti with braised sauce. Grilled and grilled meats from our farm, including the Florentine ribs (by reservation, limited availability). Meat with churrasco: Brazilian, pieces of meat on the spit served at the table with the sword. All desserts are produced by us. Alpine cheeses and local wines at "km0", directly from the hands of the producer. Menu for vegetarians and vegans upon request. Every Thursday pizza menu, served in slices in various flavors. WIFI areas. Animals accepted. Annual opening.
