This former flower store is now a charming coffee shop. There may only be seating for ten people, but Vējš is a place to cherish if you value quality of 100% arabica 'specialty' beans. Food, too, is good: french crepes in Latvian style, sandwiches for both vegetarian and a meat-eater, cake of the day. There’s a decent little list of wines, bottled craft beer as well as traditional Latvian herbal liqueurs.
