Fabrikas Restorans is a restaurant that has become an integral part of the UNESCO World Heritage site, Ķipsala. The restaurant is located on a reformed gypsum factory which has been converted into two exclusive apartment complexes. Fabrikas Restorans offers a spectacular view of the river Daugava as well as a panorama of Rīga. In 2015 the restaurant was renovated to bring a contemporary feel to a classic place. The food, like the location, is exceptional offering a fusion of Europian, Asian and Latin cuisines not seen anywhere before in Riga. If you are in Riga, Fabrikas Restorans is a place one must visit!
