About
The Riga Art Nouveau Museum (Rīgas Jūgendstila centrs) is the only museum in the Baltic region devoted to the Art Nouveau heritage. Located in a 1903 building on Alberta Street that was the personal residence of prominent Latvian architect Konstantīns Pēkšēns, the museum showcases the lavish decorative arts, furniture, and interiors that define the style. Visitors can wander through rooms furnished exactly as they were in the early 20th century, admire a comprehensive collection of stained‑glass and metalwork, and learn about Riga’s unique contribution to the Art‑Nouveau movement. The public can welcome visitors from Monday through Sunday 10 am – 6 pm, with a brief holiday schedule.
