The restaurant ,,Niklavs" is situated in one of the most popular quarters of Rīga's Old Town - at the crossroads of Grēcinieku and Mārstaļu streets, close to St Peter's Church and the ,,Galerija Centrs" shopping arcade. ,,Niklāvs" is comfortable and airy. It is dominated by light colours which are interwoven with Latvian traditional elements. The focus of the interior is modernist Latvian art and on display are reproductions of works by Strunke, Padegs and others. Most importantly is its functionality - the centrepiece is a large bar around which are tables of various sizes. There is plenty of space without disturbing other diners. ,,Niklāvs" motto is - ,,a place where art flourishes", as the dishes offered are expressions of our Chef's creativity.
