Neapolitan pizza and cocktails. According to the best Neapolitan traditions, Rione pizza dough is fermented for 48 hours so that it does not continue to "grow" in your belly :), and our Italian master pizzaiolo takes care of this process. All base ingredients (two types of flour, tomato sauce, olive oil, etc.) are imported from Italy. We use only fresh mozzarella and burrata made in Latvia. We offer variety of cocktails that can be matched with your chosen pizza or delicious Italian drinks - authentic, family-owned lemonades such as Chinotto (known as Italian coca cola), Limonata, Cedrata, etc.
