Embarking on a journey from India to Lithuania, the year 1948 the birth of Yadgaar-e-Punjab, a legacy that would unfold over the years. In the vibrant city of Mumbai, India, the first chapter began, with four subsequent restaurants sprouting annually. At its core was the vision of Mr. Qureshi, ignited by a profound passion and a dedication to serving unparalleled Indian cuisine. Fast forward 52 years, and the dream continues, as we proudly extend our culinary journey to Lithuania. It is our privilege to introduce the Lithuanian palate to the flavours that have been cherished for decades. Delving into the archives of festive cooking nearly 70 years ago, we unearthed a treasure trove of recipes, some of which were closely guarded secrets within royal Indian households, passed down through generations.
