This beautiful, spacious home has a very large living area with access to an amazing terrace with beautiful outdoor views. Also accessible is a large, fully equipped kitchen (for both long and short term rentals) for the sole use of our guests, and a super COMFY sofa. Also included is 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ! AC and WIFI is included, did we mentioned the VIEWS ? WIFI and Air-conditioning. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is an amazing balcony with probably one of the nicest views in Malta. Also included in the living area is a dining table which easily fits 6 people. Bedrooms| 2 Full bedrooms, one having a double bed while the other includes 2 single beds. For over and above 4 guests, sofa bed is available to accommodate and extra 2 guests. Linens and towels will also be included. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality. Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is an ensuite. Lift available in the common parts. Guests will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony. Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available. If you're looking to explore the island independently, renting a car is a great option. There are several car rental companies located nearby, and we would be happy to provide recommendations. For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area's top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants Very important notes before booking: 1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises.
