The single floor bungalow is composed of two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen/dining and main bathroom. The property has a large external yard with swimming pool, pizza oven, wood BBQ, external fireplace, large outdoor kitchen with all amenities and a gas fired BBQ. It offers a relaxing experience and harmony with nature since the property is surrounded by shrubs and trees, an aviary and a koi pond. The Owner shall visit the pond and aviary to feed the pets on a daily basis.
