My name is François Deniau, Martial Arts & Apnea (or freediving) instructor. I welcome small groups and solo travelers for a day, a weekend, a full week or more around martial arts, Ginastica Natural, Jeep Tours and Freediving! I also teach recreational freediving, from freediving in incredible locations to deep freediving in wrecks and caves. Apnea not only develops breathing capacity, but also the ability to relax very quickly
