Our cuisine focuses on homemade, local and Mediterranean cooking. We use simple recipes while keeping the quality high, doing our utmost to use fresh and local produce. Fresh, handmade pasta all’ uovo turns any pasta dish into something special. We make our own mince for our succulent Angus beef burgers and local pork burgers. We also make vegetarian burgers using chickpeas and a selection of flavoursome spices. Using bread dough from our own bakery, our pizza is special and unique. In fact we’ve given it our own name: pizza ftira. The crispy dough will melt in your mouth as you savour our various toppings on offer.
