About
The Mdina Metropolitan Cathedral Museum, situated on the south side of St. Paul’s Cathedral in the historic city of Mdina, offers a rich collection that spans from medieval silverware to high Renaissance art. Visitors can explore the permanent exhibition of 76 original woodcuts by the German master Albrecht Dürer, as well as a diverse range of prints, paintings and silver objects that illuminate Malta’s religious and cultural heritage. Located in the former seminary of Archbishop’s Square, the museum provides a quiet, contemplative setting that complements the grandeur of the cathedral itself.
