Situated in a converted 16th century well, former part of a traditional Palazzo situated in the pumping heart of Valletta, just minutes away from hustle and bustle of the famous “Gut”, this makes it a perfect venue to unwind and chill over genuine food or platters accompanied with a nice bottle of Mother Nature’s grape juice. Opting for a black board menu is not an easy task, thus this option ensures the freshest of ingredients cooked in the simple way method, we will make our best to use the local produce as much as possible because “Chefs are Ambassadors of their culinary identity” (Warren Cremona May 2018). In collaboration with local artists and producers we will be offering a selection of artisan carefully selected premium products, of which, one could easily build up his own gift hamper or individual particular product to proudly promote our identity.
