Tas-Soli is a recently re-branded restaurant previously called Aaron's City Vault. The restaurant is a tribute to our grandmother's kitchen, serving traditional local dishes represented in both traditional and rustic way or with a modern twist, respecting the flavours and the tastes of the locals. The menu is fusion of old rustic dishes including rabbit, bragioli, hose meat stew, snails and also a selection of dishes that the locals love nowadays including fresh, home made pasta, grills, pizza, fish and shell fish; all boasting the Maltese-Mediterranean flavours of our sunny island.
