Situated in the heart of St Georg’s Square we renovated a sophisticated and welcoming bistro in Gozo. The result is simple serving honest food paired with local wines in a space that we hope dynamically contributes to Gozo’s much-loved culture. Contextually, we had to detach “Roża” from its surroundings; it was important that the space became its own little world full of flavors. Featuring high ceilings, full of natural light, complemented with predominantly concrete interiors and black and white furniture. We wanted to create an experience we hope you, enjoy, remember and return to. Roża team
