It is not by chance that the restaurant is called ACASA LA MAMA (In mother's house). The idea behind the foundation of such a place comes from the desire of something special and spiritual for everyone of us. Here is the place where we can recall back the memories from our childhood, this is a place where you can spend whole hours without being in a hurry and the time stops its flow. This is a place where the atmosphere and a friendly environment will make you feel like home. Our place is full of tradition and each object has its own history. As we speak about our parents' home, you must recall the dishes cooked by our mothers that seek to satisfy the child's needs, and they do not leave any food in the plate as it is too tasty! The recipes of the cuisine we prepare, are taken in a great part from the rural households of Moldova's central regions. These have always astonished their foreign guests with their dishes that are simple but cooked finely and with love. Moldovian Zeama which is prepared exclusevly from the home-grown chicken and is served with cake and hot paprika, will make you feel a deep nostalgy for the parental home or the grandparents from the country! And for sure, home mamaliga with fish and garlic sauce prepared according to countryside traditions will not let you be indifferent! Combining the tradition with the modern features, keeping the quality of Moldovan traditional food, we manages to have develop a restaurant which has its own personality and is appreciated and loved by everyone regardless of their age and tastes.
