Food is our passion. Our restaurant offers a unique combination of the traditional Georgian and the high European gastronomic cuisines. The European part of the menu is specially designed by one of the most renowned European chefs Stefan van Sprang, owner of the two Michelin star restaurant. He also develops the menu, supervises training of staff and upholds the highest standards.
