After we purchased the property in 2007, we tore down an earthquake-damaged stone house and meticulously restored it with the original stone and enlarged the house to its approximate 275 square meters, not including the gardens. Every room has a sea view, and the second-floor bedrooms rooms all have balconies; floors throughout the house are imported ceramic tiles, and bathrooms and kitchen are fully remodeled. House is full of open and airy spaces and has very high ceilings (almost 3 meters). We extensively re-landscaped the gardens and added private parking. The location is ideal because the house sits on the sea close to Tivat and Kotor.
