Museum located directly into downtown of Herceg Novi. In museum people will immerse in the history of Herceg Novi, they will be able to travel back three centuries and see how the city changed and developed. There are a lot of old postcards, maps, banknotes and documents closely related with Herceg Novi. You can learn about the main sights of the city and see what happened to them - how the main city gates used to look, the ancient fortress of Forte Mare. Find out what happened to the great Boka hotel, what is the famous Ciro train and where is the first tourist hotel on the Adriatic. You can see what the city looked like during the period of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and the Italian occupation. Lots of unique exhibits.
