Welcome to a unique accommodation in the old watermill, built in 1914 and carefully adapted to provide you with an authentic experience and a comfortable stay. This watermill tells a remarkable story in Montenegro, as it is among the few that have been operating for over 100 years and is now proudly included in the country's tourism offer as the only one where you can stay. Inside the watermill itself, guests have access to a museum of old items that offers insights into the history and tradition of this area. Upstairs, there is the miller's room with comfortable beds, featuring a window from which you can observe the workings of the watermill. Our estate is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood that offers numerous opportunities for activities and exploration. Guests have the chance to actively participate in the work on the estate, whether it's feeding the domestic animals, picking fruits, or enjoying agricultural activities.
