The landscape around Brezna is formed by Vojnik, Stuoc and Stojkovac on the south, Komarnica river canyon, Nevidio canyon, Drobnjak, Savnik and other mountain ranges on the east and north, as well as the southern slopes of the mountain Durmitor; the mountains Golija and Piva are on the west.
