This lake was named after the unique shade of blue of its water. When looked from above, it looks like a large jewel nestled between the gray rocky mountain slopes. It is located at an altitude of 1.609m, and its greatest depth is 3.3m. It is very rich in trout, and you can also often see wild ducks on its surface.
